Dental Bridges Mentorship Program

The Dental Bridges Mentorship will begin in January 2025 and formally end in June 2025. Mentors and mentees will be in contact (Zoom, email, etc) at least once a month. Mentors will support mentees in their current journey towards dental school, including applying and interviewing for dental school, and advising on education and dental-related inquiries. Advice and guidance from mentors will be based off of their own previous experiences, as they are not trained or participating on behalf of any admissions offices.
Our goal is to pair pre-dental mentees and dental mentors based off of shared academic backgrounds, including non-traditional avenues including community college transfer, post-baccalaureate, gap years, career change, international, pre-international dental program (IDP), and more. Exact background pairings are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to be mindful of pairings. All mentees and mentors regardless of background are invited to participate in our mentorship. Official pairings will be sent in January 2025.
