Hi everyone! My name is Brandon Tan and I will be OPA President of 2023-2024. I graduated from UCSD with a degree in biochemistry, but I'm glad to be back at home in the fog. Oncology is a very fascinating field with endless possibilities as new treatments are released every year. One day, I hope to be a pharmacist that can help patients manage their condition and live their lives to the fullest extent possible.

Hi everyone! My name is Kayla and I will be the Program Coordinator for the 2023-2024 cycle. I graduated from UCLA in 2021 and decided to pursue pharmacy during my gap year. Since then I, like so many others, have been personally affected by cancer in different capacities and have developed an interest in pursuing oncology as a specialty. In the future, even if I do not go directly down the path of oncology, I hope to play a role in the care of oncology patients and continue the fight against cancer.

Hello Everyone! My name is Karen Tran and I am OPA's Director of Virtual Affairs for the 2023- 2024 year. Oncology has always been an interest of mine and I find it amazing how oncology pharmacy can provide evidence-based and patient centered therapy to improve the lives of patients battling cancer. I am excited to learn more about the speciality and to be on OPA's board. Some fun facts about me: I am a major foodie (hot pot and sushi are my favorites), my goal is to visit all the Disney Parks around the world. and I love watching movies!

Hi my name is Trevor, and I am the Director of In-Person Affairs for 2023-2024! I'm from Torrance, CA and went to undergrad at the University of San Francisco for chemistry. During my free time I like to watch anime, play basketball, volleyball, and spikeball. I love eating spicy food and one of my favorite parts about SF is being able to walk around to see a bunch of dogs.
