Join PHC for a Zoom session on bringing hypertension care to people experiencing houselessness. Ariana Banerjee and Melvin Faulks, coordinators from the Cut Hypertension Program, will share their experiences planning and implementing community outreach initiatives that connect individuals to blood pressure care outside the clinic. The program, co-led by pharmacist Dr. Crystal Zhou from our School of Pharmacy, combines clinical expertise with hands-on community engagement to address hypertension in underserved populations. This session will offer a behind-the-scenes look at how thoughtful planning and collaboration can make healthcare more accessible and effective for those who need it most.
