About Us
The committee's mission is to identify, implement, and evaluate efforts to improve and promote an institutional climate that eliminates barriers for all staff to grow and thrive. The committee operates as the staff subcommittee to the Council on Campus Climate, Culture and Inclusion (4CI) to support the Chancellor’s goals and Vice Chancellor of Diversity and Outreach’s objectives. The committee explores and advocates for changes that impact the experience, development, and careers of staff across all job roles, functions, and areas of focus. Additionally, the committee promotes the development of pathways for staff careers from surrounding communities and creation of resources to strengthen belonging and wellness for staff.
