We welcome you to join us at the Online SKY Wellness Retreat at University of California, San Francisco from Feb 24th - Feb 26th, 2022. This course is for students including graduate, doctoral and post-doctoral students.
Overview
The SKY Wellness Retreat is a comprehensive well-being and resilience program designed to help faculty, staff and students achieve their fullest potential.
The retreat uses evidence-based breathwork practices to help
- Relax, de-stress, reduce anxiety
- Recharge and rejuvenate the body/mind
- Cultivate emotional intelligence
- Increase clarity of mind
- Build confidence
The retreat features interactive group processes, experiential learning, breathwork techniques, meditation, light yoga, and mindful leadership.

SKY Happiness Retreat is a powerful weekend retreat filled with evidence-based meditation and breathwork practices, social connection, self-development and stress-management skills which bring calm, clarity and happiness.
Who can attend?
This program is being offered at 90% scholarship only for college or university students. Space is limited and on a first come, first serve basis.

Feb 24th, 2022 Fri 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm PST
Feb 25th, 2022 Sat 9am-12pm PST
Feb 26th, 2022 Sun 9am-12pm PST
Attendance at all Zoom sessions is mandatory.

Yoga & Meditation for Anxiety
If you’re experiencing too much anxiety, yoga can help! Yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation all help melt away anxiety. Come join us in an experiential session on Wednesdays 4:30 to 5:30 pm.
