Thousands of students at leading universities across the country (e.g., Stanford, MIT, Yale, Harvard, etc.) say the retreat and its techniques have made them stronger people by reducing stress, boosting energy, improving time management, cultivating stronger interpersonal relationships, and increasing self-confidence.
The techniques and exercises in the workshop are designed to enable participants to fully relax and de-stress the body and mind. It's fun and rejuvenating--it's like a retreat that is totally focused on your current and future well-being!
A study on the effects of the SKY program on undergraduates at UCLA who participated in the program last year showed significant improvements in sleep quality and reductions in anxiety.
