About Us

We, the ADS council, envision the upcoming academic year as an opportunity to promote the goals of our organization, which are as follows: 1) Serve as a liaison between the University, the School of Dentistry, and its students 2) Provide equitable distribution of acquired funds to ADS-sanctioned student organizations 3) Provide opportunities for the development of leadership and responsibility through student government participation 4) Encourage professionalism and uphold the Student Honor Code Furthermore, we support the activities of ADS-sanctioned organizations as far as they accomplish the following: 1) Encourage academic and clinical enrichment for the student body 2) Promote community service and diversity outreach 3) Facilitate camaraderie among the student body, faculty, staff, and alumni 4) Advance the excellent reputation of the UCSF School of Dentistry at local, state, and national conferences and events of dental organizations
