Flyer for Talk With A Pharmacist Day Health Fair

Interested in helping out the community? Want to enhance your clinical skills in monitoring blood pressure, blood glucose, and osteoporosis? Join COSA's Project Healthy Heart, Diabetes, Geriatrics, and Pediatrics as we collaborate with the Peninsula Pharmacists Association (PPA) on October 12th, 2024 from 10 AM - 3 PM at St. James AME Zion Church in San Mateo.

Transportation will be provided. Must have attended COSA Training Extravaganza and be an approved volunteer for any of the four projects to sign up.
