Opioid Overdose Prevention Training

COSA’s Substance Use Disorder Project is excited to invite you to our interprofessional OPIOID OVERDOSE PREVENTION TRAINING WORKSHOP!

Our comprehensive training provides in-depth and hands-on practice to better prepare you to respond and take action in such scenarios. By the end of this workshop, you will gain knowledge of the opioid overdose epidemic in SF, learn harm reduction strategies, and receive new insights through an IPE discussion on stigmas surrounding opioid use.

Featured guest speakers include local first responders and a survivor in long-term remission who will share their personal experiences surrounding opioid use disorder and/or overdose.
