Community Pediatric Vaccination Clinic

These OPH Community Wellness Events aim to address a range of needs including pediatric and adult patients’ care management, chronic conditions management, and preventive healthcare, with a focus on bridging existing gaps for our targeted UCSF QIP (Medi-Cal) patients, as well as extending care support to other members of the community. By participating in this initiative, not only do we contribute to the overarching goal of reducing health disparities within our department, but we also proudly represent UCSF Health, demonstrating our commitment and accountability to our patients and the broader communities we serve.
