C.O.S.A Project Geriatrics COVID-19 Outreach

Project Geriatrics is partnering up with the UCSF Geriatric Clinic. In an effort to ensure that the vulnerable members of our community: geriatric patients, have received their COVID-19 vaccines, we ask volunteers to join us in our COVID-19 Outreach Project. Volunteer roles will entail calling patients to check on their COVID-19 vaccination status, help answer any questions they may have, and/or refer them to COVID-19 vaccine community resources. In addition, volunteers will be using APEX to document their calls.
