The Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG) stimulates interest in family medicine and helps students discover their passion for primary care. We promote family medicine as a career path, encourage interest in community outreach and research, and help connect medical students with faculty and trainees in the Family and Community Medicine Department. We also publicize state and national opportunities for students interested in Family Medicine.
