About Us
The Global Health Interest Group (GHIG) is a UCSF interdisciplinary organization, composed of medical, nursing, dental, and pharmacy students interested in the field of global health. The goal of GHIG is create a space for students to come together to plan and participate in events which might include informational sessions on global health summer projects, a meet and greet with UCSF faculty involved in global health, potlucks with guest speakers involved in global health. GHIG is also a great opportunity to make new friendships, collaborations, and career networks.
