Mission
Intersections is a social community and resource network for the adolescent/young adult (AYA) oncology patient population at UCSF that is organized and facilitated by UCSF medical students. With input from the UCSF oncology community, we aim to provide an environment in which patients can form friendships and share their experiences, frustrations, and successes with each other and with a group of passionate and energetic medical students, who in turn will gain insight into the unique needs of this patient population.
