Join the Latino Medical Student Association at UCSF for our National Latino Physician Day celebration, honoring the generations of Latine physicians, trainees, advocates, and community leaders who have transformed medicine.

Centered on the theme “A Century of Latine Excellence in Medicine: Honoring Our Past, Celebrating Our Present, and Building Our Future,” the event will explore the history and continued impact of Latine representation in healthcare. Through engaging speakers, music, historical displays, and opportunities for connection, we will celebrate the achievements of our community while reflecting on the work still needed to advance health equity and representation in medicine. Students, faculty, staff, alumni, healthcare professionals, and community members are warmly invited to attend.

The views and opinions of the RCO expressed herein do not necessarily state or reflect those of the Regents of the University of California, UCSF, UCSF Health, or any entities or units thereof.
