We hope you are surviving the transition back into school with Fall 2020 as we continue to navigate being students and health care providers in these bizarre times. You are receiving this email because you are a part of the UCSF chapter of Nurses for Sexual and Reproductive Health on the UCSF campus groups page. NSRH is a national organization that provides students, nurses and midwives with education and resources to become skilled care providers and social change agents in sexual and reproductive health and justice.
We have created a Google Form to assess people's interest and capacity with engaging with the UCSF chapter of NSRH. Please fill out this form letting us know how you would like to be involved. Please feel free to send this to other students who may also be interested, either at UCSF or at other Bay Area nursing schools. We are hoping to continue building events, activities, and engagement with our community. We also have a new campus group page that can be accessed by the link above where we hope to host information about future events, the Winter Reproductive Health elective, and resources for nurses and advanced practice nurses in sexual and reproductive health.
Now more than ever, we recognize the importance of having health care providers who are competent in sexual and reproductive health clinical skills and who are also committed to engaging in activism and advocacy around sexual and reproductive health.
Joining the UCSF student organization is an excellent way to keep a pulse on what the NSRH national group is working on, and bring much needed information and skills training to fellow learners.
In solidarity,
