Staff Registered Campus Organizations (RCOs) enhance the staff experience by creating opportunities for the UCSF staff community to socialize at the individual, cultural, creative, and intellectual levels while fostering a sense of belonging and community.
UCSF Staff RCOs are run entirely by staff volunteers—everything from cultural celebrations to wellness walks to professional development is powered by people doing this on top of their day jobs.
Staff RCOs host a mix of networking and professional growth events, wellness and movement activities, cultural heritage celebrations, community service and fundraising efforts.
A single Staff RCO event might check multiple boxes at once: morale boosting, DEIA engagement, leadership development, and community building.
