Student Life would like to invite your organization to table at this year’s 2024 Fall Celebration events which will serve as a welcome to all new students as well as a resource, department, and student organization fair. Student organizations will have the opportunity to table at both Mission Bay and Parnassus campuses. The celebrations are a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with all the new students and potential new members for your group.
To reserve a table, please complete the respective table request form(s) by Monday, August 26. We will provide the table, chairs, and a sign with the name of your campus service. Please note, space is limited, and we will be pairing organizations up to share tables.
Please note, your organization must have begun its annual registration form in the Group Portal prior to fill out any of the table request forms.
