Details
The Mabuhay Health Center (MHC) is a free, student-run community health clinic that aims to reduce health disparities existing within San Francisco’s underserved South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood, with a special focus on the Pilipinx-American population in the area.
As a P1, you will have the unique opportunity to provide in-person individualized patient care by working together with UCSF nurse practitioner, medical, dental, and physical therapy students. Under the supervision of UCSF faculty preceptors, student volunteers provide health screenings, health coaching, medication therapy management, and health education.
Come join us at our information session to learn more about MHC's services and how to get involved, including some details on our application process!
