We live in a world of many stress-inducing triggers that can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle impacting our peace and well-being. Self-care is becoming increasingly important in today’s digital era especially post pandemic era. So how does one reduce stress and improve well-being? What tools can help us do more of what we want to do and help us stay fresh, alert and productive?

We bring to you SPINE CARE Stretches sitting on the chair (Desktop Yoga)
The spinal column provides the main support for our body. It allows us to stand straight, bend and twist while protecting the spinal cord from injury. Wrong postures affect overall health, well-being, individual’s energy levels and efficiency. Misalignment puts incredible strain on the spine. The spine-care session primarily addresses posture, and makes our spine supple.
