We bring to you SPINE CARE Stretches sitting on the chair (Desktop Yoga)
The spinal column provides the main support for our body. It allows us to stand straight, bend and twist while protecting the spinal cord from injury. Wrong postures affect overall health, well-being, individual’s energy levels and efficiency. Misalignment puts incredible strain on the spine. The spine-care session primarily addresses posture, and makes our spine supple.
