Josette Aggarwal has over 20 years’ experience managing international teams, Josette brings an intimate understanding of organizational culture to her work with TLEX. For the past 25 years, she has led courses in leadership development, stress management, meditation, and wellness to companies such as American Express, Apple, Twitter, Inuit and the House of Representatives of the United States.



Josette believes that the breath is the secret to peace of mind and dynamic activity. With over 20 years experience managing international teams, Josette brings an intimate understanding of organizational culture to her work as a Mind Matters trainer. For the past 25 years, she has led courses in leadership development, stress management, meditation and wellness to thousands of minds across Japan, Singapore, India, UK and the United States. She enjoys working with people in a variety of settings — from employees at high energy enterprises like Apple and Twitter to young people attending underserved high schools. Josette holds a BA in English Literature & Mass Communications from the University of Berkeley and an MS in Education from the University of Southern California.
