We, the ADS council, envision the upcoming academic year as an opportunity to promote the goals of our organization, which are as follows:
1) Serve as a liaison between the University, the School of Dentistry, and its students
2) Provide equitable distribution of acquired funds to ADS-sanctioned student organizations
3) Provide opportunities for the development of leadership and responsibility through student government participation
4) Encourage professionalism and uphold the Student Honor Code

Furthermore, we support the activities of ADS-sanctioned organizations as far as they accomplish the following:

1) Encourage academic and clinical enrichment for the student body
2) Promote community service and diversity outreach
3) Facilitate camaraderie among the student body, faculty, staff, and alumni
4) Advance the excellent reputation of the UCSF School of Dentistry at local, state, and national conferences and events of dental organizations

We are a group of medical students elected by our peers to represent the student body and act as liaisons to the School of Medicine faculty and administration. We are your student government!

To ensure that medical students have the best possible experience during their years at UCSF, we organize social events to promote inter-class mentorship, we distribute funding to student groups, and we communicate your concerns to the deans and faculty.

The Associated Students of the School of Nursing (ASSN) is the official organization representing students of the School of Nursing at UCSF. We aim to enhance the experience of the student body by serving as a liaison between students, the School of Nursing, and the University. We organize community-building events to bring students together, and offer student support in the form of travel grants. The Associated Students of the School of Pharmacy (ASSP) is the student government of the School of Pharmacy. Our mission is to serve as the voice of the student body; to represent the School of Pharmacy to the over-arching UCSF campus; to promote participation in and enhance collaboration among pharmacy organizations in order to foster professional growth and leadership development; and to bring our community of faculty, staff, alumni, and students together by sponsoring an array of academic, professional, and social events throughout the year.

The mission of the Graduate and Professional Student Association (GPSA) is to serve the collective interests of graduate and professional students at UCSF in order to improve student life on a university and system wide level through dialogue, action, and activities between students, faculty, and staff. The GPSA shall serve as an open forum to discuss graduate and professional student concerns and University policy, to inform its constituents, to advocate student interests, to foster relationships between all academic programs, to strengthen connections to better support students, to initiate actions and proposals, and to serve as the voice of students. The GPSA shall also provide services and activities to enhance the quality of student life, educational experiences, and academic benefits for its graduate and professional student members.
