SNMA is committed to increasing the pipeline of students of color, with an emphasis on Black-identifying students, that consider and prepare for medical & scientific careers. We provide community centered events that promote inclusion, mentorship, education, and academic enrichment to our students. Additionally, at UCSF, SNMA provides academic preparation, recruitment and retention programming in order to assure the pipeline to medicine is supported.
