Registration Updates
The following changes will be implemented Summer 2024.
- Registration will be open two times a year during the months of August and January only.
- Organizations will be classified based on their mission and goals not by the academic programs their officers are from.
- Interprofessional Student RCO is an organization whose mission and goals are interprofessional and/or open to students from all academic programs.
- School-specific Student RCO is an organization whose mission and goals are academic or serve school specific purpose.
- Advisors will be required to review and confirm their role in the Group Portal for registration to be complete for an organization [video].
- Organizations participating in a selective recruitment process will be required to submit an outline of their recruitment and initiation plans in the registration form.
- New videos and resources will be added to the officer confirmation form, including a new hazing quiz section.
- Schools will have the final approval for all school-specific RCOs.
