As a member of the Translational Medicine Organization (TMO) at UCSF, you’ll gain access to opportunities designed to help you grow as an interdisciplinary leader in healthcare innovation. Collaborative Community: Connect with students across UCSF’s professional schools and graduate programs who are passionate about bridging science, clinical care, and innovation. Research & Leadership Opportunities: Contribute to student-led initiatives aligned with TMO’s core pillars: Clinical Therapeutics & Research, Informatics & Technology, Medical Devices & Engineering, and Business & Entrepreneurship. Workshops & Events: Attend speaker panels, journal clubs, hands-on workshops, and networking events with leaders in biotech, pharma, clinical care, health tech, and academia. Early-Stage Project & Incubator Pathway Support: Explore and refine early-stage ideas with input from peers, faculty, and professionals, and gain guidance on navigating existing incubators, innovation programs, and translational resources across UCSF and beyond.
